Telkom Complaint Evening please assist as I bought 6 gig in total of data as from the 27 Feb till today however it's not even a month and I have restricted my background data on all apps which I have 3 apps being used on a daily basis , Facebook, Instagram and whatsapp but 6 gig within a month is too much , your call centre agent provided me with what is called your statement which has telkoms company jorgan which doesn't help the issue , calling your call centre is a night mare having to hold for up to an hour and u Can hear ur agents having a nice chat before assistance , need this query resolved as it's unacceptable
