Data problem

Hi my Name is tshepo menoe on 07th i called during the day about night surfer problem i cant use it so i spoke to someone of which he told me to call after twelve am since its a nightsurfer data problem he cant help during the day and it operates 24hrs , so i called during night surfer time at 60: 05am now I'm being told they cant help me i must wait for data department which opens at 07am they themself told me to call during night surfer time so ZAMA QELE AND BABALWA, PERTUNIA MOHALE the three are taking me up and down telling me they cant help i must wait for data department that didn't help me on the 7th when i called. I'm not happy at all cause they waisting my time and i am paying for their service :(
