DATA PROBLEM
I bought sim card that goes with 500mb monthly for 12 months and I started using it yesterday around 4pm and I spent less than 15 minutes, when checking balance I found that I have remained with 408 mb, then at around 9pm I checked my emails after sending email to my friend I found that I have 308mb remaining. Tell me actually how much do you charge per minute? I have the contract with you whereby I get 500 monthly but it takes a long time to finish. What is wrong with this? Please give me back my data bundles. Are you cheating people? I spoke with two of your consultants and they never helped me instead they kept me holding for quite a long time. The simcard I am complaining about its number is ***
