Data plan depletes before usual times

For several months my data has been depleted (around 20th) before it would be expected to be done (end of the month). I always need to top-up my account to be able to stay connected furthermore. I have been trying to resolve this issue with no luck. I have a 200GB-200GB night surfer contract with them,
