Data Pausing

I'm constantly & consistently having my internet bundles paused. Up to 4 times daily. I'm never without data & sometimes I call to verify and always confirmed that I've 3G or 4G. Then I'd be advised to re-register my phone. Doing this thrice daily is irritating. How can I suddenly experience this when I used not to. The other thing sometimes looking signal.
