Data Package over charging

We have a business contract with Telkom with landline, mobile phones and data packages.<br> Telkom have been over charging us for the data packages for nearly a year. We have 3 x 2.5 Gig Smart-Internet package, and the original deal was for R 99 and they have been charging us R442.98 per package per month.<br> <br> We queried this on numerous occasion (at Menlyn branch and telephonically)with response from they are looking into it,it will be fixed on our next bill and the latest only the original contract underwriter can fix this and it was escalated to her.<br> <br> This unacceptable and would like this to be sorted out included credited for the difference in chrage
