Data overprice for what I get

I pay R699 for a 4meg uncapped data line. My upload speed is sometimes so slow that I can not even send an email.<br> My upload speed this morning was zero! Telkom advised that they will come back to me. No one called. No one came back. My query is ignored.<br> I contacted them a week ago to upgrade my line to fiber optic. The never came on the day they made an appointment for. I waited the whole day. Yesterday they called to say that they would come today. Once again I have cancelled plans to be ad home. Unsurprisingly no one came to do the installation.<br> I feel Telkom is *****ing my money. I do not get what I am paying for
