Data not loaded

Am not happy with the service I got from Telkom Maponya Mall the one next to Mtn shop. I went there to purchase once off 5G data. I was assisted by a guy with they the dreadlocks I don't know his name. Since I have a Contract with Telkom they told me that they will send it direct to my number that was cool. I sat there for more than 40 minutes then I was told that systems were down , transaction has gone through but data was not loaded due to the system error, then I was told that they will give me a call after week, till today I haven't receive any call from them. I send my husband last week just to follow up, they told him that system we down again, I bet if it was an Upgrade they were going to assist him because it was a query they are offline. I am really not Happy. I need my data to be loaded since I pay for it.
