Data not loaded!

During this lock down period, I am fortunate to have fibre at home. Buts what's the use if there's no data. The kids cannot do their online classrooms. This is the second instance where data has been purchased from the online store but not loaded 24 hours later. The app is useless. There is no option to log a query or fault for issues with telkom not loading data. You should try to be as good as the mobile operators like MTN.
