Data line disconnected

Telkom I am so annoyed right now my line is been suspended till today which is payment was made 7 days ago. Every time I called I am being told its been escalated. Right just sopke to an agent by the name of phumal vilakazi she was assist full in the beginning and she ended up being rude. Now telkom is that how u treat your customers like that having agents being rude to us as paying customer. I am so irritated now I need my lune to be reconnected.
