Data - less but hold your breath while you think we will resolve your query

So I bought top up bundle yesterday from online Telkom site and 24 hours later no data. Customer service can't help me, they are clueless on how to resolve this issue... Called against today (28-12-19) and was directed to mail "Online bill" to resolve. So the kicker is they do not assist in resolving my query. Thank you Telkom for taking candy from a baby!!!
