Data just vanishes into thin air

What is wrong with Telkom data the past week or so? I have a 10GB contract with them which is supposed to last a month like in the past, but by the middle of the month is finished. In the past week, I gave twice topped up with 3GB each time, but after two days the data just vanishes in an eye blink. I'm getting angry .
