Data issues

I have purchased 2 gigs of data and it supposedly has 2 gigs of night surfer As per Telkom Mobiles promotion.

I have used the data at around 3am and all of a sudden i have received a message saying that my data is finished. All along i was under the assumption that my night surfer was being consumed.

I called the customer care and was told that there is nothing that can be done as the night surfer does not work in the area which i am living in. This is honestly not my problem as i should have been made aware of that in the first place and why offer the promotion if you cant live up to your standards??

Whether that was a lousy excuse or the truth i honestly don't care.

I am truly dissatisfied with this service!!
