Data issue

I bought 1.5GB data on my phone during loadshedding this afternoon. Within 15mins it was gone, even though I was not downloading or tethered. There must have been a technical issue and I still can't get data working.

And the app simply doesn't work, impossible to reach customer support on there.

I need a breakdown of the minutes and a refund immediately.
