Data expire unused ripoff

Every time I buy data it doesn't work its either I don't have network or I will be getting funny message from Telkom that my data has depleted. Every time my data will expire without being used according what I wanted to use it for. Please help even a friend of mine also same happened to her today we are going to another subscriber Telkom you have disappointed me so much. Very unhappy even their consultant are not helpful mxm
