Data dissapear. Bad service at Telkom Kolonnade Mall.

Hello. I have bought a new sim card at Telkom Kolonnade. I have loaded 40Gig day and 40Gig night packadges a couple of times. Within a few minutes the data vanishes. Then I load another huge data packadge and again and again. Each time my data disapears without me using it. I went to Telkom Kolonnade three times for assistance and even a sim swop. It still continues. They can't help me. I have called a Telkom technician and even that person can't help me. I am not happy. Can somebody please take this up. I have spent lots of money and haven't received the data for it and also bad service at Kolonnade Mall branch. West ***. Telkom number ***
