Data disappears but wifi not even connected to power outlet

20Gigs lasts 19 days - topup of another 5Gig lasts 9 days... another topup lasts only 14 hours? My wifi box was not even connected to power for 11 of those hours.. where do this data go... I am paying for something I do not receive. Totally unacceptable. Pathetic.
