Data disappearing in 15 minutes

@TelkomZA what's going on with my data, check what is finishing my data so quick❓❓This morning i had 3gb at 7:12 am, by 7:40 am the entire 3gig is finished, i only opened Twitter, how is that possible ❓❓ I'm not getting a response from telkom on Twitter. Why did my data disappear?
