Data disappearing every month, Telkom cant explain and dont correct the unexplainable loss of dat

<p>Ever since I upgraded to the 5GB LTE package. My data lasts for 1 week and thia month it lasted two weeks. I keep complaining then the call centre agents dont even see how the data is being used. A week later an email comes to say the matter has been resolved. No explanation nothing!!! Telkom you really suck and are extremely dishonest. Pls stop this ans at least exercise customer service at a decent level!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Very disappointing</p>
