Data disappearing

I also get reminders every month around the 25th and 27th that I've reached 80 or 90 percent of my dsl. It seems the disappearing of Wi-Fi broad band is a habit they enjoy. Is it an inside job or not only them knows what's happening. On lodging a complaint with them your been advised to buy a software to stop the abuse.
