Data Disappearing
<p>I have been buying a lot of data from Telkom for internet use for a long time but since May this year my data has been disappearing. The most recent is yesterday when I bought 1gig which disappeared in 1 hr without any downloads. I called their customer care to no avail. The operator told me I had only used 25mb of the 1gig but the rest had disappeared. I was given a Ref ********** 6. Up to now I have not received my data. My other 20gig in may disappeared within 2 months without any downloads, just homework between 7 and 10pm. I am so gutted and fed up.</p>
