Data disappearing

Good day in March I logged a formal complaint and I was n promised that I was gonna be contacted within 72 hours which never happened I accepted after following twice with no response from the specific complaint than I gave up. (201 DATA that has just dissappeared) today 98MB just dissappeared again i screen shot what data was used on my phone. I can not believe that you think that someone who has been using data for a few year's don't know how to check usage and the response I am given is that I used it really Telkom own up to you mistakes please this is ridiculous. I hope that I will be reimbursed for my missing data please.
