Data disappeared and Telkom resolved query without notification

I had a problem with my data disappering, convinced the customer care agent to log the issue , Telkom has since sent m an sms saying the issue has been resolved without giving me the resolution. I did not get my data back, yet my data disappeared whilst i slept.. I woke up without data when I had switched off my fone before bed , when I woke up turned it on I got smses within minutes of each other from 499 mb to 99 to 0 mb without me going on any website or having any app open. the agent opened: Case no ********** 7
