Data disappearance

I am the biggest brand ambassador for telkom mobile. i have converted my whole family. recently i loaded data and i was told that i used all my data. I have confirmation that my data was loaded. You tell me that a youtube clip takes 2.2 GIGS. My updates prompt me, I got a report stating my data usage , i chatted to an agent 3 times and i still dont have my data. I know its a little BUT the principal is whats irritating me. . . Im not asking for something i ddnt pay for.
