Data depletion

Telkom is so bad when it comes to depleting data, I was connected to WIFI at my apartment and had no background applications running then they keep sending me sms' that my data is depleting while I did not do anything with my actual data. This happens all the time around the 4th or 5th of every month and when I log a fault they just buzzed me and no one responded to my query. This is disgusting because its such a good company and shouldn't be providing such a service.
