Data depleted

My Telkom day depleted very fate this month I don’t know y ,I aske them to send me a statement showing they have been sending me data every month they didn’t am still waiting but they told me they did,I have not been checking my data because it does not depleted yesterday non the 27 the daily data depleted I was shock and called them they told me yea it is depleted and they will send the statement still waiting something strange is going on pleas help me
