Data coverage map is misleading

Telkoms coverage map shows that LTE is available in my area. Speedtests show that download speeds are 9 times out of 10 less that 2mb/s and upload speeds are less than 1mb per second. This has been in problem sinve around june last year however it didn't bother me as much as i didnt need higher upload speeds. With covid 19 and need to work from home 9/10 of my skype or MS teams meetings in ineffective as i cannot speak during these meetungs with other attendees not hearing anything i say.

I have now made around 5 calls to telkom. I have asked for Manager to call me 3 times. This was 3 days ago. Nobody has called me to date. Their website shows no progress on the fault log.
