Data contract with Telkom

I had a contract with Telkom my phone was ****** on December I called him Telkom to cancel the contract and and block the Sim. February they called me told me the is a money I have to pay OK I payed for three months and they also debit from my account for January and February but they still debit why cos I didn't send email to complain.
