Data contract **********ly open by Telkom staff

Telkom staff are ********** using my identity to open contract (data), on the 15 October 2020, I was checking my Telkom accounts and I got shock when I saw the new data contract included in my profile account. I immediately call the call center I spoke to Babalwa she couldn't even help, she referred to Telkom and she didn't even tell me that i must have affidavit and copy of my ID. Telkom must check their staff not to open contracts without our permission. Telkom must terminate data contract immediately, as it was **********ly open.
