Data contract - Continually billed after multiple cancellations

<p>After phoning in and waiting more than 20 minutes to get someone to pickup my call was cancelled then by going into store and getting a reference number by the lady she stated that I will get a phone call confirming the cancellation of my expired contract. No one phoned and after a whole month I get billed again.</p> <p> </p> <p>It seems it is more like Hotel California, you can enter anytime you like but you can never leave. </p>
