Data contract cancellation

On 1/9/2022 gave telephonic notice to cancel data contract with effect 30/09/2022. Agent informed me that currently offline, but will log cancellation instruction. Debit order still collected on 05/10/2022. Did online cancellation on 17/10/2022 with reference nr ***6. Debit order still collected on 05/11/2022. Tried to cancel online again but received message that request is closed. Debit order still collected 05/12/2022. This is a SASSA pensioner!! Please stop the debit order asap.
