Data cancellation not effected for longer then a month

<p>I sent an email on ********** address as given by the call center. I sent an email for data cancellation on the 15 Oct 2016, its been almost a month now and telkom has not come back to me yet regarding my email. I can not understand why are they doing this on purpose and Telkom will charge me rental for this month as well. However I requested them to cancel my services for data last month. It is a very service I quote received from Telkom.</p>
