Data cancellation
<p>On 12 January 2016 we cancelled our data contract with Telkom and even received an acknowledgment from them on the same day. To our amazement we were informed lately that our telephone line is suspended due to non-payment. It appears that Telkom has never cancelled the data contract as requested. After endless emails a person by the name of Thandi contacted me and it appears that she understand the problem. The problem is that my telephone line is still suspended and we are now threatened with legal action. </p> <p> </p>
