Data bundle lies

I was so excited when Telkom advertised for there MIFI router and 5GB data bundle for R99. I immediately placed an order online as advertised on TV. I am still waiting !!!! No one calls you back or emails to say what's going. I am not sure if this is a **** as I put in my banking details to place the order and nothing has happened. I left application on there website for someone to call me back but no does. I there after sent message on the chat with agent an was advised can take weeks!! Why advertise for great March deals if it will take your ll weeks to call a customer back ??if I had to call any other network for a new contract they immediately assist as they want the sale. Telkom doesn't bother , your ll advertise for products and can't provide a service. I am a current Telkom client and I experienced the same pathetic service when taking out my phone contract. The agent told me I can't apply in store now that I have done online application now must I wait weeks For your ll to say no stock ? <br> Could someone call me if your ll are interest as I'm very disappointed as an existing customer with the service I received
