DATA BUNDLE FRUAD

I am so annoyed with Telkom Mobile right now and i have decided to find another data network. I have been buying the 2gb +1gb data for a long time, and nothing in the settings of my devices have changed in the past few months, however my bundle has been riddiculously been taken by telkom mobile in a very ***** way. Right now i bought this package and in less than an hour it said i am left with 499MB what the heck?? How?? Noo noo you guys must tell us the truth. I am NOT dealing. This is our money. I am very angry. I have tried to monitor the data usage, and have noticed that the data just seemed to be depleting continuously without any internet usage on my device. I switch of everything when i am not using my phone. This is FRUAD!!!
