DATA BUNDLE DEDUCTED FOR BUT NOT RECEIVED!!!

I am frustrated with the unprofessional assistance we receive from your call centre agents, they cannot articulate their words correctly and have little to no knowledge with their online systems. I purchased 2 x1.5 gig bundles and 1 x 500mbs bundle and I was deducted for each purchase whilst only 2 of the bundles were received and upon checking my data balance realised that THE SECOND 1.5GB BUNDLE WAS DEDUCTED FOR BUT NOT RECEIVED!!! After speaking to one of your unprofessional agents she mentioned that my bundle will reflect in an hour or so and she lodged a complaint which to my knowledge is NONSENSE because I still haven't received my data bundle. PLEASE ASSIST ME URGENTLY AS I USE MY PHONE FOR BUSINESS!!!
