Data being utilized even before it was purchased. How is this possible? Yet you dont see an issue !

<p>I have a telkom mobile LTE router at home with a 10gb day and 10gb night surfer. For some reason within a day both the day data and night data was utilized. I 've had this contract for almost three years with no such issue. This was strange nevertherless, i decided on the 10 March 2017 @ aprox 15:45 to top up with 3 GB @ R199. Within a couple minutes the data was depleted. I called telkom mobile 180 Postpaid department spoke to Siyanda Gregory Mntaka. I explained that my data was utilized and something is wrong. I requested a data usage report which showed the 3GB of data i bought on the 10 Mar 2017 @ 15:45 was utilized on the same day 3 minutes past midnight.</p> <p> </p> <p>10/3/2017 0:02:58 To 10/3/2017 1:07:10 ( ********** 445 bytes)</p> <p> </p> <p>So i think to myself how is this possible ? How can i use the data before i even purchased it. This was made clear to the call center agent. Who logged a call with reference number ********** 7 on the 10 March.</p> <p> </p> <p>I get a call from telkom this week on the saying the investigation was done and that i indeed untilized my data as the answer. Common sense however dicates that this is impossible according to the data usage report. They took two weeks to tell me nothing was wrong when it took me a couple seconds to see the issue.</p> <p> </p> <p>After i explained the problem again the call center agent conceded there was an issue and sent the call back for investigation. Seems like the investigation department is void of any real investigators. Today is the 30 March with no feedback. I requested to speak to a Manager now Lungi Tsele who will be advised to call me back. i am waiting ........!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Plain and simple this is pure theft, my contract expires next month. I will be cancelling and moving to a better honest network if there is such a thing.</p> <p> </p> <p>Utterly dissapointed at the service !!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
