Data and pocket sized-router

I agreed to a data and pocket router contract over the phone with a Telkom personel. The agreement was for me to pay R269 per month. The package was then delivered but when they started the debit, it was something completely different from the agreement. The debit was R350. I have not used their router nor data even once. I told them to come and collect their router because the agreement has now changed all of a sudden.

As I am writing this review, Telkom have been threatening to take my name to credit bureau if I do not pay R2036. When I ask what is it for since I have not used their data nor router? I have not yet received a response on that. Telkom is busy reaping people off.
