Data and minutes removed and continue to be removed after reloading

<p>I had so much data and minutes on my Telkom contract. When I checked my balance, all of a sudden all my data was gone. I initially thought it was all used up so I reloaded with a new once off bundle and within a minute, it was all gone along with all my minutes. I have no data and no minutes and the consultant told me that there is nothing she can do about it and will log it with back office. I have not had any feedback yet and cannot use my phone at all as when I reload, everything disappears. I always rave about Telkom to family and friends but this is as absolute disaster. The new month is coming up and I am supposed to get 100 minutes and 1GB data and I fear that this will also be removed. This needs to be sorted out immediately as I need my data and minutes being a business woman</p>
