Data and airtime dissapearing on new contract

I took out a new contract on the 25th of September (FreeMe 1GB) and placed a cap of R300 on my spending limit. On the 3rd I received an sms saying that I have 499mb all network data left, followed immediately by two smses–one saying I have 99mb left, and yet another one saying I have 9mb left. All of this while not being on the internet. Two hours later I was also notified that i have reaced my monthly spending limit (without making any calls or being on the internet). On the 6th I increased my spending limit by R200. I used the app Waze (which usally takes about 10Mb data) and was notified within 15min that I reached my spending limit AGAIN. On the 7th I increased my limit by another R100. I did not go on the internet AT ALL and made NO CALLS to anyone because I wanted to see how long this was going to last me. I even purchased a data bundle of 250mb, but didn't go on the internet and left my phone on my desk the whole day. 6 Hours later I receive a text that my data bundle has been used up, followed by 'You have reached your monthly spending limit'. I have spoken to atleast 5 people at the call centre in the last 5 days, with no resolve. One person made me hold 12min when I asked how much out of bundle rates was (surely not R20 a MB), only to be told that she doesn't know. Being on a 1Gig plan before, and using the internet as I used to, this does not make sense. You do not use R200 for using a navigation app for 15min, nor do you use 250MB by simplying leaving your phone on your desk. Something is seriously wrong, and I need answers. If I had a choice, I would cancel this new contract immediately, because my cellphone bill is already over R1000 without phoning anyone or being on the internet. The call centre is pathetic and all they say is that I have used my data. I need someone to investigate this properly, ad I am not loading anymore airtime on my phone until then. This has been a horrible experience as a first time customer. I need answers as to were my money and data is dissapearing to.
