DATA ADDED TO ACCOUNT WITHOUT PERMISSION

I am highly ****ed off! i have 2 tablet contracts with Telkom, of which I receive 1G of data on a monthly basis.<br> i have never requested more data to be loaded on any of the tablets and now I get a bill to say there is R395 worth of data that was loaded on the 1 tablet which is not in my possession, it was given as a gift to someone. i called the call centre and obviously someone has been calling in to load the data at that someone is not me, nobody has my ID number, nobody knows how I receive my bill and nobody has any other details of mine, so how did it pass the verification??? I was then told to go to court to get a letter to hear the recordings, why should I take off work to go sit at a court for a letter, when I have every right to hear the recording because the account is on my name. I refuse to pay for the data that was loaded because I never requested it. someone at telkom needs to answer as to how they allowed someone to load it. i refuse to pay!
