I have a 10 gig contract with u for R199 and on 30/11 I called the call centre as I could not access the internet and the lady said that my data is up but I have R1600 available which I can convert to data and now I am being charged for it. Had she told me this I would not have done it as my data bundles get loaded on the 1st of every month. I called today and was told to hold on for 20 minutes nobody came back to me. Highly frustrated
