Dangerous boxes and wires hanging

We have tried now for 4 years to get telkom out to our house to fix the telkom box and wires in the back of our house. One of the wires crossing our house is hanging very low and the boxes all wires is hanging and looks dangerous and a big eye sore. I have tried everything to get someone to come out and fix this.
