Damaged Phone after repair

so I hand in a phone that's under a month old for repair, the phone just died and would not come on. the phone gets booked in for repair and comes back with scratches and marks all over the cover. I don't accept it in that condition and get told that I must come back when the manager is available to see the pictures. go back to the store on another day, an hour before close and wait, only to be told that the manager leaves early and I must try and come back at another time. so I leave my email address and contact number for the manager to contact me and send me the pictures of the phone when it was booked in...because I work and cannot keep running to the store when its convenient to Telkom. the manager Amanda Els, was supposed to contact me and im still waiting .... can someone from Telkom please help sort this matter out urgently..............
