Damaged phone

Good day Telkom<br> <br> I took this matter to ICASA they have advised me to first log a formal complaint with you.<br> <br> <br> I took my cell phone for repairs at Telkom Southgate, when they returned the cell phone it was beyond repair, it was damaged further.<br> <br> This phone is a contract phone with Telkom I do not have insurance, I was going to yay for repairs from my pocket.<br> <br> <br> I have since returned the cell phone back to them, and the manager and the repair center haven't been wiling to talk to me.<br> <br> Kindly provide me with reference number for a complaint <br> <br> <br> Regards<br> Mpho Sebeela <br> <br> <br> <br>
