damaged new phone

I have a complain about the telkom telemundo contract phones they gave me a phone and it had a problem with the speaker.Then they had to collect 7 day after receiving it . Then waited for a month but no one called or said anything and took initiative of calling them 3-4 times and they told me that the phone went for repairs and i should wait for it. FROM 2019 DEC TILL TODAY I AM WITHOUGHT A PHONE THOUGH I AM PAYING FOR IT so basically i am paying a second hand phone Worse their manager promised to call me but she didn't bother . Simphiwe Mcineka. They mentioned that if i cancel i will have to pay for the phone for the next 24 months though it is not my fault.
