damaged goods

very unhappy with telkom service . we took out wifi uncapped in January we had an outage the same month called them to send someone out to have a look at it as it was going on but did not receive internet connection ,they only came after two months and said we need to send it in for repairs.Came back and they told us that we need to buy a new one cause they cant fix it or give as a new one.i used this thing only for two week i have to pay for something i did not use.which is Unacceptable.
