DAILY SUBSCRIPTIONS TO MY DATA CONTRACT

Somebody subscribed to 2 sites using my data contract which amounts to almost R450......................Telkom says I am liable for that amount - surely you can do a lot better than this. Easy to say we just need to pay without wondering where the funds come from. This data contract is fixed, how is it possible to add something to it?
