Daily ******* for a device I dont own!!

<p>I took an ipad with Telkom last december and unfortunately they delivered an incorrect one and within few days they came to take it and delivered the correct device. From Decemeber to date I am paying for two Ipads and i only have one. Reported the matter so may times with the call center wih no assistance, apparently "I cannot speak to anyone to escalate the matter"</p> <p> </p> <p>I call almost every wek and i am always told they will call me back as there is a different team that deals with this. It is only on two occurences that i was given useless reference number that does not help me in any way</p> <p>Reference number ********** 4 and ********** 6.</p> <p>I am at a point of cancelling my debit orders and should anyone try to blacklist me thenwe are headed for court.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is too much now and i regard this as *****, how can one be charged with a device they dont own?</p> <p>I want my money back and these debit orders to be stopped!!</p> <p> </p>
