Daily harassment by Telkom!

If I could give ZERO stars I would. We had a month to month “contract” with Telkom for LTE, we phoned to cancel it in June 2022 as we changed to fiber with Vodacom (best decision ever). Telkom are funny because they were quick to cancel it- same day in fact that our internet was cut- but now 6 months later we are being harassed on a DAILY basis by Telkom’s so called debt collectors/attorneys about supposed money that we owe Telkom??? Don’t know how this is possible when they used to debit us. We also received a final invoice from Telkom after cancelling showing R0.0 owing. We are being threatened daily by these companies (who can’t even spell on emails/WhatsApp and don’t even have company email signatures) and I am absolutely DONE with them!!! Trying to find a number to call Telkom is a whole other story on its own. I will NEVER in my life recommend Telkom to anyone!!!!!!!!!
